On occasion, flowers do arrive damaged from their journey in transit to our shops. We will not use any flowers that are damaged and not up to our quality benchmarks. Substituted stems may be used and the final product may not match the photo as shown on our website.
While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
